Today we bring you some tips to keep in mind so that your wedding with children is a success, and the children of your dear guests remember it for a long time. Children print a tone of tenderness, freshness and spontaneity to the celebration that makes it more unique if possible. They are an endless source of anecdotes, and for that reason, we must do everything possible to integrate them into our special day, and make them participate in it.
However the rules of protocol and the overflowing joy of our little ones are not always the best companions, that is why we have to have thought about how to make them have fun and what will be their role in the wedding, taking care of them with the same care as the rest of guests.
We hope these tips are useful!

1- If you have children, tell them!

If you have decided that at your wedding if you want children, take the initiative and notify the parents of your decision.
Many times parents do not dare to ask, and assume that you do not want children at the wedding or think they will have to be more aware of them than of something else. It's your day, if you really have children, let them know!

2- Train with your mini-protagonist.

Do you want the children to be part of the ceremony? Not only is it a good idea, but your participation will be an unforgettable memory for all attendees. Without a doubt, it will capture looks and smiles, but it will not rob you of the limelight .. Or yes!

With a child at the ceremony, I'm sure everything will be fine, although I'm sure not as you had expected.

To minimize risks, involve him, teach him and practice with him what he should do.
You will have a great time, and you will know in broad strokes what you expect. Plan a visit to the place of the ceremony and take advantage so that the child knows the place and feels safe.
Help with the veil, take care of the flower petals, wear the rings ... they will be happy to participate.

3- Children are stained. A lot. Always.

Children get dirty, even at weddings. The important thing here is when the wedding happens.
A stain before the photos, or a pee because of the emotion is a job. Arm yourself with patience, these things happen.

If you are going to have a leading role in the wedding you may want to uniform them. For this we recommend that you think about the style you have chosen for your wedding: boho-chic, rustic, classic ... and based on that, choose the best set for them.
There are many options. Look for comfort, do not forget that after the "if I want", they will want to run and play.
And stain. ;)

4.- A wedding is a party

No doubt we must get children to be entertained, for many reasons. The main one is that it is understandable that you want to enjoy your adult guests, and not see them worried and having to take too much care of their children. If you can, create a space for children, where they are comfortable and can enjoy their particular version of your party. If you get someone who can take care of them once you start the treat everyone will enjoy at ease. There are many options: animation, kangaroo, sports, painting ..

5 - Take into account the ages and plan how the day will be for them.

Take into account the ages of the children and plan the day and spaces for them. As ideas, we can suggest a few:

Organize a table of kids and try to mark it with some childish detail; some original waiters, a small bag of licorice ... Besides, putting some paintings and drawings will always help to keep them entertained and more time sitting, but above all it will help them to enjoy!

After the meal (or during), they will want to move the skeleton and above all play. For that we can recreate spaces where to make your imagination fly. Children's corners simulating a strong to the far west or a huge tipi where lying down or doing the after-dinner are a good idea.

Sweeten the end of the party with a canddy bar and look for a good place to expose it. Surely not only children come to pick up treats. With a little imagination you will have a thousand ways to present the clouds, licorice, lollipop, popcorn and even cotton candy.
